“UnitedHealthcare came out with a nursing home plan, and by far, the biggest benefit has been a consistent medical provider to follow her [mom] on a consistent basis. Patricia, the plan’s nurse practitioner, has been a breath of fresh air. She cares about people so much. She said she was going to call me every time she saw mom, and she does it. This is fabulous.”
